A ten-part, interactive seminar led by Ron Dart, with help from Charles Groce that took place in different locations and addresses many issues of importance to the local church: How people relate to one another in the church, how we get along, where things go wrong, tolerance, dealing with problems and conflicts, supporting publicly and addressing privately, working with others, how we function, training, unity vs conformity, utilizing one's gifts, the utter futility of putting on a façade, defending one-another, personal evangelism, the importance of each individual, empowerment of the individual, how the ministry must divest its authority, dealing with wolves, and much more.
